How to Change Comment Button with Image in Blogger?
Step 1. Login Blogger Account.
Step 2. Go to Template > Edit HTML.
Step 3. Search for the following code.

Important Note: If you can't find that code then you can search for the following code.

Step 4. Replace the <data:postCommentMsg/> with the image URL you want to replace with. You can also see some image URLs which you can use instead of comment buttons.
Step 5. Now find for the following code.

Step 6. Also replace this code with the Image URL.
Step 7. Now search for the following code.
<p><data:blogCommentMessage/></p>
Important Note: You will find this code many times but you have to go to 4th one.
Step 8. Add the following code after the above searched code.
<center><img src="Image-URL"/></center>
Change Image-URL with the URL of the image you want to use as comment blogger. Remove Center tags if you don't want to show the image in center.
Step 9. Save Template.
Step 10. Done!
