How to Submit Blogger Sitemap to Google?
- Sign-In Google Webmaster Tools.

- Go to Google Webmaster Tools Dashboard and click on your site URL.
- You can see Crawl on left side. Click Crawl > Sitemaps
- And Then Click Add/Test Sitemap
Let me make you clear that blogger templates doesn't has sitemap.xml. Suppose you have created sitemap.xml file the think where you will host/upload that to submit to google. In 2017 Now there are are some Templates which allows sitemap.xml by default.
- If your Template has not sitemap.xml feature then you can add the following lines at the place of url.
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=501&max-results=1000
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1001&max-results=1500
- If you have more than 1500 posts then you can add the following lines again by the values.
e.g "atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1501&max-results=2000"
